MEET THE FOUNDER
Hello there.
I'm Marjorie
FOUNDER of
Qairos Agency
I started on the other side of this industry.
I grew up in France, where I started a petite fashion blog mostly because I couldn't find clothes that fit — and somewhere along the way built a real audience around it. Being French in the fashion world sounds glamorous until you're a 4'11" woman trying to prove that style isn't a size. That experience taught me something early: knowing your value and getting others to see it are two very different things.
I eventually moved to Los Angeles, got a certificate from UCLA, and landed my first role as a Digital Marketing Manager for a skincare brand. That's where influencer marketing found me — and I mean found me, because once I was in it, I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
What followed was nearly a decade of learning this industry from every angle. I managed 60+ campaigns a month, oversaw $500K in monthly media spend, and helped drive millions in revenue for brands like AG1, Seed, Kitsch, Raycon, and Typology. I worked brand side. I worked agency side. I sat in the budget meetings, the briefings, the negotiations. I know how brands evaluate creators, where deals fall apart, and what most managers miss when they're moving too fast.
Why QAIROS
I started QAIROS because talent alone was never the problem. The creators I kept meeting were remarkable, they just needed someone in their corner. Someone to slow things down, look past the next deal, and help them see the full potential of what they were building.
QAIROS comes from the Greek word Kairos, the opportune moment. Not just any moment, but the right one. Timing over trends. That's how I've always made decisions, in work and in life. Waiting for the right thing, not just the next thing.
The creators I work with are building real things. What they have in common is that they care deeply about what they create, and they're doing it while living a full life. A career. A family. Everything that doesn't make it onto the feed. They don't need someone to manage their follower count, they need someone who will read the contract, fight for the rate, tell them the truth, and actually show up when things get complicated.
My job isn’t just to bring deals. It’s to protect the long-term value of what you’re building. That same perspective, knowing what brands measure, what they'll pay, and how they think about creators, is exactly what I bring to every brand relationship too.
-
You'll always know where things stand: the numbers, the conversations, the strategy. I don't believe in keeping creators in the dark about their own careers.
-
Every decision is deliberate. The right deal at the right time beats volume every time.
-
I know how brands think and what they measure. I use that to advocate for you in ways most creators can't navigate alone.
-
A carefully curated roster means more attention, better outcomes, and relationships that actually mean something.
-
I'm not thinking about this month. I'm thinking about where you want to be in two years, and making decisions today that actually get you there.
